Satelite TV Authorization

Not all our properties automatically allow the installation of Satellite TV antennas. Before you schedule an antenna installation, you need to contact your Building Manager or Property Supervisor to find out if the Satellite Dish is allowed at your building. If allowed, you will need to obtain a Satellite Authorization letter from the Building Supervisor which will need to be signed by Renter(s) and the Property Supervisor and presented to the installer to ensure the Satellite Dish is installed according to our requirements.
Any unauthorized Satellite Dishes will be removed at your expense and upon move out the Renters are liable for any Satellite Antenna removal or damage.
