Maintenance
Please call 911 for any emergencies particularly medical emergencies, fire or other life threatening matters.
If you have a maintenance request after hours that requires immediate attention call 310-479-2565 and the outgoing message will direct you to the proper party. The most efficient way to submit a maintenance request is by using your Appfolio Tenant Portal. Using any other method will cause delays that could be avoided by using the portal.
If you have not activated your tenant portal you may complete the form below or by sending an email to maintenance@RSTrents.com. Whichever method you choose be sure to include your mobile phone number, your email address, the address of your building and your apartment number. Upon receipt of this request we will send you an invitation to set up your portal.
Unless otherwise indicated, the office is authorized to use your pass key to enter the unit to perform the work requested.
If you have pets, and work cannot be done due to pets not being restrained, you will be charged for the trip to service the unit and work will not be performed until we have been notified that the pet will be restrained to allow vendor(s) to perform job.
If only a minor is present at the time vendor arrives at your unit, vendor has been instructed NOT to enter unit and to notify office. You will need to contact the office to reschedule and you will be charged a trip charge by the vendor.
