HOA Payment
Please refer to your HOA docs to determine when you HOA dues are to be paid and when late fees will be charged.
The fastest and most efficient way to pay your dues is to set up an account with GoZego.com which is a third party provider used by your HOA that allows you to pay on line. They do charge for their service and fees are determined by the method of payment. For example fees for paying using a credit card are higher than the nominal fee charged for an ACH transaction which is typically a few dollars. Click below to enroll with GoZego.com but get your Owner ID# from RST first. You will need it to enroll with their service.
You can also mail or drop off your payment at our office located at 11866 Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 101, Los Angeles, CA 90025. Be sure to include you owner ID# on your payment. You may drop it off 24 hours a day. When the office is closed there is a mail slot to the right of the front door of the building through which you can drop your payment. Never drop off cash. Checks or Money orders only.
Another option is to utilize your bank bill pay service. Be sure to include you owner ID# on your payment.
